The book coupon is given by the Municipality, who is taking care of the costs, to all its residents.

Online book coupons for the free supply of textbooks for primary schools for 2025/2026 school year
The Municipality of Lucca, since the 2023/24 school year, chose a paperless online management of book coupons to provide schoolbooks to its primary school residents.
For specific cases, such us alternative teaching materials for experimental paths established by schools or special teaching materials requests, please write to the following address: dirittoallostudio@comune.lucca.it

How to request the Book Coupons
Parents or legal guardians of any pupil (attending primary school and residing in the Municipality of Lucca) must use their SPID or CIE credentials to log into the personal area of the school services portal at https://lucca.ecivis.it
In order to request book coupons, they can click on 'Moduli on line'/compila (online forms/fill in), and choose “Modulo Abilitazione Cedole Librarie 2025/26” (Book Coupon application form). Please be aware that only one form for family can be filled.
Initially select all the children attending primary school (if they are shown) or click on “aggiungi utente”(add user) (example: for 3 children, click on “aggiungi utente” 3 times) and fill in the application by entering all the required data, including the school and grade of the pupils for the 2025/2026 school year.

Our offices will process the authorization requests. A notification letter will be sent to the email provided in the form, containing the book coupon and all the relevant information for school book reservation.
The parent/guardian can freely choose among the bookstores listed in the Register of Authorized Retailers for the 2025/26 school year. They can order the books online or in person at the bookstore with the student's health card (codice fiscale).

Book coupons can only be used among the bookstores registered in the Register of Authorized Retailers of the Municipality of Lucca for the 2025-2026 school year.

Please note that our office can only issue one book coupon per person per year.
Non-resident pupils
We remind parents/guardians of pupils who are not residents of the Municipality of Lucca to contact their own Municipality of residence, competent in the matter, to receive the book coupon to which they are entitled.

Communications for resellers
With Management Decision No. 1439 of 25/06/2025, the Register of Authorized Retailers for the supply of schoolbooks to primary school pupils residing in the Municipality of Lucca for the 2025/26 school year was approved.
