How to Proceed
The service can be activated by completing the online form on the E-Civis platform dedicated to school services. To submit the application, access the dedicated platform.

Costs
The fees for school services were approved by the Municipal Council Resolution 09/05/2017, No. 128.
Check the school services fees.

You can see your payment notice and download it by entering your reserved area with SPID or CIE of the E-Civis portal dedicated to school services.

Payment can be made:

• Online through the E-Civis portal, log in with SPID or CIE , and go to the “Payments” section.
• At “Payment Service Providers” (PSP) of PagoPA, by showing the PagoPA paper or electronic payment notice. For instance at: the Sisal circuit, Lottomatica, Tobacconists or post offices.

PagoPA payment notices cannot be paid using other methods than those indicated. Any payments made incorrectly using different methods may not be recorded in the accounting system.

To check your payment status, visit your personal area on the dedicated portal.

What is required
To access the service, make sure you have:

• SPID (Public Digital Identity System), an electronic identity card (CIE).
• All the required documentation for submitting the application.

What you receive
When the administrative procedure is successfully completed, access to the service is granted.

Maximum duration of the administrative procedure: 30 days
